If for any reason a customer is dissatisfied with one or many of our products, these may be returned to us, providing eighty percent or more of the food is not consumed. The food must be returned on the same day. Britannia Hotel will not undertake responsibility for the transportation of the food. Britannia Hotel reserves the right to terminate any future delivery to a customer if, in our opinion, he or she misrepresents unnecessarily the quality of our product/s under the Return Policy.
